artist statement

i am a mixed media artist who loves to scribble....finding a connection between simplicity in the complex and complexity in the simple.

my art expresses the interplay I have with my environment. intuitive marks and gestures guide me through a process of layering, constructing, deconstructing and reconstructing.

the work dictates when it is time to stop.
